Our people

​Our success is a reflection of our diverse and talented team of professionals. We have a rich blend of expertise and experience and are well-equipped to tackle various business challenges. In each case, we are able to provide resources for these roles or to dovetail to work closely with your own team.

Our team includes:

 

  • Business Analysts who examine business processes, identify areas for improvement, and collaboratively develop an approach to create a step change in your business.

  • System and Data Analysts who investigate the Data and system landscape, understanding what is in place and what can be re-used, what are the requirements of the step change (is there a gap?), and what data is needed to produce management reports.

  • Project and Programme Managers who ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, delivering the step change desired.

  • Quality Assurance, to ensure that all deliverables meet the requirements. We give due consideration to all functional testing (does the product work as expected?) and non-functional testing (including, is it performant, is it accessible, does it meet quality standards).

  • Project Office Administrators who work behind the scenes to ensure seamless operations, structured governance and the smooth execution of projects.

We lead from the top and Judith is our People and Operations Manager, committed to our team's well-being and growth, fostering a positive and supportive work culture, and shaping our employee value proposition. As primarily a people business, we know that people are often considered a company’s most valuable asset, at Aston Reach we truly believe that to be the case. Judith was our first hire; she holds a joint honours degree in Modern Languages from Oxford University, a Master's level Executive coaching certificate from Bristol Business School and has over 20 years of working within Learning & Development and HR. She is passionate about people, and we are committed to attracting and retaining the right people, so it’s a match made in heaven!

Chris is the owner and Director of Aston Reach and has a wealth of experience in Project and Programme Management. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Chris is a driving force behind our consultancy's success. His strategic mindset, deep understanding of business dynamics, and passion for making change happen have delivered change in numerous businesses. Chris's leadership inspires our team to continuously push boundaries and deliver unparalleled value to our clients.
